Rates
The T.S.Fowler room rents for $150.00 plus 10% tax. This rate includes the exclusive use of this room, plus the R.K.O.Lamp Room, the lighthouse grounds, bikes, paddleboat, firepit, breakfast, and of course your ride on the tugboat "Maggie".
Check in is 3 PM with check out at 11AM. Please call if you would like to check in early. If your room is ready there is usually not a problem.
Once you have confirmed your dates with Maggie you can pay by credit card on line using PayPal. Just click on the pay now button and follow the instructions.

Policies
We always welcome last minute reservations if we are not booked up. So just call to see if we are available.
We are a bed and breakfast where we do truly try to give that extra special personal touch.
These special touches not only take extra time, but cost us as well. Due to recent no shows and last minute cancellations we have had to add a cancellation policy as follows:
Cancellation Policy
A deposit for one nights stay plus tax must be received within 10 days of your arrival to confirm your reservation. Your deposit is refundable if you have to cancel before 7 days of your scheduled arrival. There will be a charge of $50.00 if cancellation is made in less than 7 days.
In the event that something happens and you wish to re-schedule we can hold your deposit for a period of one month from the date of your first reservation. No-Shows and cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will be responsible for the full nights cost.
