Your Hosts Captain Jon and Maggie
The lighthouse is a very unique place to stay. There are places where you will need to use much caution. There are lots of stairs as the lighthouse is 53' high. We are sorry but as of now the lighthouse is not handicap accessible, but the Captain has Parkinson's and we have 11 grandchildren and none of them have any difficulty with any of our features. Also, the shower in the T S Fowler room is small but we have had 200 lb men who have not had a problem with it. Please remember to bring deck shoes (tennis shoes) as the mist off the water sometimes makes walkways slippery. We think that you will immensely enjoy your stay!
